   Chai Chicken  
       
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 45 minutes  
Yields : 4 servings
   
Ingredients :  
4 organic chicken legs
4 or 5 sliced carrots
1 cup coconut milk
2 cups chai tea
 
   
Directions :  
1. Take a casserole dish, place the sliced carrots and chicken inside. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. In a pot combine the coconut milk and tea, bring to a boil.
3. Pour over the chicken in the casserole dish. Cover with lid and cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is thorougly cooked.
4. Serve with brown basmati rice and greens. Use coconut milk as a sauce.
