1 bunch collards
1 bunch kale
1 lemon
Pinch sea salt |
|

| Directions : |
|
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. While water is heating, chop greens.
3. Add greens to boiling water and allow to cook for 5 minutes.
4. Strain greens, saving the water, and toss with the juice of a lemon and sea salt.

* Try using a lime instead of a lemon, a dash of tamari instead of salt.
* For a bit of a roasted flavor drizzle with toasted sesame seed oil. |
