| Tin Foil Snapper |

| Ingredients : |
|
4 4-6 ounce red snapper fillets
2 navel oranges, cross section circle sliced
2 cloves garlic, very finely minced
1 cup loosely packed chopped dill
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste |

| Directions : |
|
1. Mix garlic and oil, then rub each fillet all over with the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Tare two 10-12 inch pieces of tin foil.
3. Lay down a few slices of orange on each piece of tin foil. Then lay 2 fillets over oranges, sprinkle with dill, then cover with remaining oranges.
4. Fold over tin foil and close all around the edges. Place in oven for 15 minutes.
5. Remove and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Serve warm |
