   Sesame Baked Tofu  
       
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 30 minutes  
Yields : 3-4 servings
   
Ingredients :  
1 pound firm tofu
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/3 cup tahini
1/2 cup tamari
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
 
   
Directions :  
1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except tofu in a bowl.
3. Slice the tofu in slices 1/4 inch thick. Dip each slice in sauce, then spread tofu in an oiled baking sheet.
4. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with greens or veggies.
